  Approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the size and age of the home. We strongly encourage you to accompany us during the inspection.

• Will I get an opinion if I should buy a home or not?

  

  No, but you will get an in depth report outlining the condition of the home. This will help you make a well informed purchasing decision.

• How can I be sure the inspector is not biased?

  

  As a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors we are strictly following their Code of Ethics. It ensures that we stay objective and disclose any conflicts of interests to you.
